Do you want to get closer to Crossfit but don't know where to start?

Guided tours for beginners are provided at our Arco Crossfit Box, constantly followed by the trainers present.
In fact, our In ramp courses are dedicated to beginners, in which all the various movements and fundamental exercises of Crossfit are taught.

Representing the basis of the discipline, these sessions are mandatory for those who want to start and preparatory for future, more demanding sessions.

Below you will find listed the various exercises related to the parts of the body that go to train. The movements will initially be free body, without the need for weight.
